Our preferred mode for this delivery model is to partner with client management and take on projects in its entirety. To elaborate, we work with client managers on budget, scope and deliverables and skill set, hours and timelines for each phase of the project.

Alternatively, for those clients who only need staff augmentation, we offer skilled resources as requested by the client management.
